Shipping Policy
As all Lavender Knits products are handmade, please allow up to 3-7 days for products to be crafted. Your order will be dispatched from Lavender Knits as soon as it has been made and within this timeframe.
Lavender Knits currently offers shipping to Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada.

All orders will be shipped through Australia Post.
Metro delivery timeframe; 3-7 business days. Regional delivery timeframe; 7-10 business days. Please keep in mind all delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by Australia Post at no fault of Lavender Knits
Once your order has been dispatched, Australia Post is then responsible for delivering your order to you safely and without any damages.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products being handmade and custom, Lavender Knits is unable to offer refunds or exchanges after an order has been placed.

We aspire to provide as much detail in our product descriptions as possible. If you have further questions about a product please contact us PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER.

Please ensure all chosen elements of your selections are correct, including letter numbers, colours and the spelling of names. All products will be made according to the information and selections provided.

All orders and pricing are final. No refunds will be issued if a discount code is forgotten.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 48hrs of delivery if the item is damaged or wrong. If you believe there is an issue with your product please email full size images of the product so we can evaluate the issue and we will get back to you with a solution. Refunds will only be given if a suitable solution (eg replacement) is not possible.​

Please note: All knitted pieces are delicate and should be removed carefully from the packaging. Lavender Knits is not responsible for damage caused to a product during unpacking from a customer.
